Family Therapy

A healthy relationship with family and other support systems is essential for successful recovery. Saturdays are dedicated to families, offering group sessions for families with meals, as well as individual time with loved ones.

Holistic Therapy

Holistic Therapy

Holistic treatment is a non-medicinal approach to healing the mind, body and spirit. Holistic addiction treatment treats a person’s substance abuse disorder at all levels. This includes mental, physical, and spiritual. Holistic addiction treatment encourages clients to be healthy, both mentally and physically. It also helps them improve their self-confidence.

Holistic addiction treatment is based on the belief that substance abuse can be treated. Holistic therapy is able to treat insomnia, poor nutrition, emotional stress, and other potential barriers to addiction treatment. Relapse can be prevented by learning how to manage emotional setbacks in an effective way.

We believe in teaching clients the skills to implement these solutions beyond their treatment course. 

Holistic Yoga


Through movement, mindfulness and yoga, patients can connect with themselves. It also gives them an opportunity to engage in a healthy physical activity.
Holistic Nutritional Therapy

As a part of our Holistic Approach,  clients learn how to adopt healthy eating habits and stick with them and improve their chances of recovery. Sugary drinks and foods can lead to energy loss. 

Holistic Meditation


Meditation refers to the art of learning to relax and manage mental and physical stress to attain mental peace and clarity. Guided meditation allows patients to follow one person’s voice while they perform a particular meditation.

Holistic Adventure Therapy
This therapy involves activities like swimming, kayaking and hiking. Adventure therapies allow patients to get outside and work with others in order to achieve a common goal or solve problems.
